Working on UK tours Fisherman’s Friends: The Musical, The Osmonds: A New Musical, The Cher Show, Johannes Radebe: Freedom, and Oti Mabuse: I Am Here. Also ran streaming service stream.theare.
Duties include:
• First point of contact to reach General Managers and Co-Founding Directors on the phone; conducting friendly and professional conversations with high-profile talent, investors, creatives, and agents.
• Coordinating and updating the office calendar and booking of personal meetings for Co-Founding Directors and major investors (including international travel and accommodation) and auditions/rehearsals/press/get-in’s etc. for 5 shows.
• Stocking office stationary and printing/binding/delivering scripts and music to rehearsals.
• Paying rent and coding finances.
• Writing and proof-reading additions to investor packs.
• Support two General Managers in their duties within a small team and a fast-paced environment caring for multiple tours.
• Arrange travel to and from production meetings/performance venues, including international travel, welcoming creative team and cast, including providing refreshments.
• Booking venues, calling in talent via agents/Spotlight for multiple time slots, and acting as runner on full-day large scale dance and singing auditions, press photo shoots, and fittings for both adult and child talent.
• Proofreading marketing material for nationwide campaigns in print, outside, and social.
• Creating and scheduling social media campaigns.
• Collating tech-specs of touring venues.
• Coordinating invites and RSVPs on industry press-night.
• Ordering and distributing press-night gifts for cast and creatives.
• Discretion whilst working with high-profile artists and creatives.
• Collating staffing information for payroll.
• Proofreading and collating starter forms and contracts.
• Making and distributing sales reports and settlements.
• Maintaining the website CMS; experience of ingesting footage with Verizon.
• Leading on customer service.
• Assisting on capture RUMI: The Musical at London Coliseum.
