The Attitude Awards are held annually, at the Viaduct Event Centre, Auckland. Celebrating incredible New Zealanders, living with a disability, accomplishing challenges and setting records. The one day shoot was rehearsed in a day, and then later filmed in the evening with a fast turn around edit, to be broadcasted the following day. As an assistant floor manager, I was kept busy organizing seating plans, ushering guest speakers, running through the shot list multiple times and being a point of contact for camera, lighting and sound crew. Once the filming began, my main responsibility was ushering guests speakers and winners of the awards from their tables, to the stage and then behind the stage to be interviewed.
