    We are the UK’s fastest 1 Gig speed broadband consumer brand, a major disruptor to the established top 4. With £750m of investment in the last 12 months, we are also one of The Times TechTrack top 20 businesses. I manage a team of 6 in the UK and Serbia, responsible for c800 hires in FY18 and 1,500 planned for FY19. I am responsible also for my own roles, as well as delivering strategic projects. The pace is unrelenting, but incredibly enjoyable. Key responsibilities: ▪ Team Management – I have introduced 360o appraisals and pulse/heartbeat feedback, as well as more functional ownership and a partnering approach. I have engaged our PMO to bring consistency to our 15 key projects and ways-of-working. I have also initiated more effective team meetings, recognition and idea generation sessions – including better metrics tracking and how we face into challenges. ▪ Core recruitment delivery – The nature and volume of roles means a flexible and hands-on approach is required. Legacy, pace and processes mean that accurate forecasting is an evolving journey - a constant balance for me of resource planning, core metrics and immediate business need: o Volume recruitment: I restructured our engineering assessment centres and approach, c100 hires per month. I put in place better use of resources, refocused our referral scheme, introduced new sourcing tools and focused on candidate journey – I cut weekly assessments in half for the team, but increased attendance and offer conversion. o New function recruitment and benchmarking: I have recruited 5 new teams in the UK and Serbia - across our marketing, customer experience, R&D, PMO/Transformation and sales functions. o Senior and C-suite recruitment: I owned the stakeholder management of our recent senior leadership restructuring - focusing on partner selection, recruitment process, testing and comms.

Our team is responsible for c.1,000 global hires and 3-4 projects each a year: o Line management: Something I am incredibly passionate about; coaching, performance and planning. o Functional lead/partnering: Forecasting, budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement. I partner with HRBP/HRD’s on benchmarking, cross-functional mapping and mobility. o End-to-end recruitment: Core positions up to executive level, including all graduate schemes. o Project Lead: Budget/time setting and control, delivery, stakeholder management and subject expert status.
