•Managing the Youth Marketing Strategy Festival in New York. •Building profile as a thought leader in the youth marketing space. •Keeping up to date with relevant industry news and a breast of the fast changing nature of youth marketing. •Building relationships with key influencers, thought-leaders and professionals within youth marketing industry. •Preparing pitches and templates that attract new audience at all levels to the global YMS Festival. •Promoting YMS events and planning the working day in order to achieve set individual, team and company objectives. •Monitoring, recording and meeting/ exceeding pre-agreed KPI’s. •Liaising with the events team in order to keep them up-to-date on delegate acquisition activities.
iCAN Project LDN is a youth engagement project that inspires, empower and motivates the future leaders of tomorrow through events, mentoring and workshops. •Creating, promoting and delivering programmes. •Ensuring the delivery of cost against performance indicators. •Managing a small team as well as relationship with key stakeholders such as Local council, external bodies, local businesses, schools and wider community. •Ensuring delivery of marketing strategy on time, to specification and on budget. •Planning and managing events as well as sourcing influencers and speakers. •Successfully securing sponsorship for the youth engagement programme.
•Managing the TMG Academy Future Talent •Working with the Head of Talent and People Development on open days in the London head office. •Building relationships with companies that work with young people to assist them in to the world of work. •Managing the TMG Academy social media channels. •Recording and evaluating all talent activities undertaken •Promoting academy achievements across the business. •Working with the team to ensure reputation as a centre of excellence was retained. •Actively marketing and promoting the Academy both internally and externally. •Reviewing our competitors and other top companies (in the future talent arena) talent programmes. Make recommendations to improve the TMG Academy programmes to ensure to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition. •Working with commercial division to launch Future Talent projects involving schools, local government and commercial brands.
