I have worked as a creative for nearly 20 years and have been lucky enough to work at some of London’s best ad agencies and broadcasters. I am proud to say I have a few pencils from D&AD and would quite like to get a few more. I write and art direct in equal measure, with a wealth of experience in above the line, below, through, digital, content, shopper and experiential. My favorite agency working principal is TBWA's Disruption. I always implement that as a guide to how I create work and I'am never fearful of pushing boundaries. I've a proven track record in motivating teams and making key changes at a management level.

I served as a Board Director/Creative Director from 2008 to 2013. Working at AMV is something I always wanted to do in my career. Paul Brazier contacted me directly because of the previous work I did at 4Creative. Paul was a fantastic Creative Director to work with, and having an office next to him was great since he would always wander in and bounce ideas around. His support on selling big ideas like my EDF campaign and Galaxy was invaluable, and he never really felt like my boss, but rather a creative partner.
