I originally went into Engine (then the online dept called Jam) as a FL Producer to manage a project for Tesco Mobile. Within 3 months I was offered a rolling contract to head up all content production and the production department. In charge of the film output, budgeting, resourcing and working with creatives to help realise each project. Answering to the Director of Operations.

I was brought into manage a pitch team for the ITV Network re-brand.
