Responsibilities:
• Proactive monitoring of CRM tool ‘SocialCom’. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints from multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram) from a minimum of 20 separate Bosch owned channels. Monitoring LinkedIn for five separate Bosch owned channels
• Participating in daily business Skype calls to clients in Germany regarding their specific social media channels; with a focus on any foreseen issues, daily topics on the agenda and upcoming events
• Monitoring press and public social media feedback at global Bosch conventions and expos
• Social media mentoring for other Bosch sites, specifically Kazan, Russia, Timisoara, Romania, Joinville, Brazil, and Korea via Skype and/or Outlook
• Liaising with clients in order to create new channels and projects including technical implementation
• Assisting the content management team by creating social media posts using information from official press releases
• Providing 2nd level support with accurate and relevant information regarding customer enquiries
• Organise and action requests from customers and colleagues from multiple Bosch sites
• Managing and monitoring Bosch owned apps on both Apple and Google Play
• Writing and uploading relevant articles about competitor news onto the internal Bosch Connect page enabling colleagues to stay up to date with technology development, specifically automotive.
• Staff Training in software, company procedures and creation of ‘how-to’ guides for day to day processes.
• Keeping internal knowledge databases up to date with relevant contacts, information and new developments
