Since stepping in as General Manager, East End Thrift Store boutique on ASOS Marketplace rose from number 54 out of 891 boutiques to number 19 within a 5 months period with at least a 10% increase in sales and revenue. From August 2020, the boutique now stands at 8th out of 1,193 boutiques.
Duties include: Quality control of vintage pieces, cast models, style shoots, shoot pieces (up to 300 a week), hire and train new employees, create weekly rota, pack and send orders, edit and upload photos, accommodate refunds and customer messages, consolidate inventory, manage payroll, manage pound sale events and social media.
