  • General Role • Demonstrate good understanding of media and managing subs offers and promotions • Liaise with press in securing coverage for clients • Ensure all client coverage is collected and regularly input into evaluation systems • Assist in the evaluation of campaigns, preparing overviews of activity and ad equivalent values • Working closely with all team members and develop excellent working relationships • Demonstrate a knowledge of client brands and target consumers • Assisting in the organisation of press events, attending and representing the company in a professional manner • Responsible for updating and monitoring blogger database and forwarding all clients coverage and interesting blogs to the rest of the team • Sourcing and securing sponsorship • Liaising with designers and printers • Monitoring competitor activity and updating the team and clients Client facing • Attending client meetings and present status updates • Liaise with client on day to day account matters and handle approvals Management • Overseeing and inspire all interns New Business • Assist in research for PR and Marketing campaigns for both existing clients and new business pitches • Provide creative input to all new business pitches Reporting • Adding price checks into reports • Updating all published editorial • Updating all other client activity in reports • Send completed monthly report to clients • Calculate and insert EAVs
