Global Customer Operations Executive

Primary duties
Providing exceptional customer service to our global partners to assist them throughout the sales order process through to delivery into market.
Working closely with the Operations teams in Asia to ensure that the goods are flowing through the supply chain process smoothly and efficiently.
Managing the payment process for the customers ensuring that pro-forma invoices are provided promptly to enable on time payment and shipment.
Ordering of Salesman samples, ensuring customers are updated on their progress and that they are shipped on time.
Managing individual market requests – SMU’s, Carry Overs and any Value Added Services to
ensure that the orders are placed on time to meet the customer requirements. Ensuring all customer queries as well as claims are fully investigated and resolved.

General function
To support EMEA International Senior Account Services Advisor in coordination of all operational activities of the customer order cycle to service highly demanding partners in the EMEA region.
Primary duties
Support EMEA International Senior Account Services Advisor in managing Distributor accounts in multiple EMEA countries through performing administrative support
Collating information, working with multiple Excel spreadsheets
SAP sales order entry & maintenance
Communicate with internal teams to ensure product set up in the system
Generating & analysing reports
Coordinating and communicating with distributors to ensure they have an accurate view of their order book
Provide visibility on the status of samples and co-ordinate delivery to Distributors
Communicate with Factory liaisons (CPO’s) on behalf of Distributors regarding the timing of shipments, supply chain and open production orders
Perform other duties as required / assigned by the Manager
