• Produced and attended all stills and video shoots for A&R Creative and acted as
producer/agent to 8 signed photographers. Clients include Glenfiddich, Dr Marten’s,
Lucozade Sport as well as agencies Adam&EveDDB, Dark Horses, BaM & Hypebeast.
• Organised model castings & bookings, location recces/scouting/permits, transport bookings,
equipment orders, booked assistants & freelance talent and managed post-production.
• Kept company Instagram @aandrcreativeproduction updated and engagement consistent;
edited reels with shoot and BTS content. Ensured all shoots were documented with BTS.
• Worked on estimates; ensured all shoots were reconciled, invoiced & kept within scope.
• Maintained production docs and marketing materials for pitching to clients. Attended
marketing meetings and PPM’s. Acted as primary production contact to clients and
photographers.
