Customer Relations AgentHennes & Mauritz
Edinburgh, United KingdomFull Time
During the pandemic, I have been developing my soft skills with H&M as a Customer Relations Agent. This requires me to liaise with customer requests and solve any queries customers may have. During my time at H&M the Simone Rocha collaboration launched, giving me the opportunity to promote the collection and meet with the communications team to ensure a smooth launch date in the UK.
Communication InternKarla Otto
- London, United KingdomInternship
During London Fashion Week I contacted Carl Marshall PR (now merged with Karla Otto) to intern with the communications team. I was responsible for VIP outreach for LFW events. My professionalism and eager attitude landed me the opportunity to return to Carl Marshall for Pride Month 2019 where I worked with teams from Moschino, GayTimes and Ciroc to ensure smooth event management. I was also expected to run daily client meetings and office tasks, expanding my skill set in fashion PR and admin.
