Duties: - Re-creating and defining the bookings system for the site - Organisation of all bookings and venue hire, ensuring every table/party is given a high standard of care and service. -Building rapport with customers to ensure their return -Liaising between Head Office, Management and the Head Chef to ensure specific needs are catered for -Supervising staff on shift to ensure standards remain high -Maintaining social media presence for ORC, advertising new products and special events
Duties: -Working collaboratively to create an online archive of artist books in the collection - Responsible for recording and editing footage of talks and events, ensuring they are documented properly for future reference -Proof reading and sending out press releases for new events, as well as creating leaflets and other promotional material
