At Xiaomi, everyone was breathing tech. Besides being sales associate, being a tech savy and have a deep knowledge about hardware and software was substantial to provide costumers with a full understand about the brand and its technology. Sometimes, considering the fact it wasn’t in the job description, we were doing tutorials for costumers on how to use their Xiaomi products. Me, personally along with 5 other colleagues were selected to represent Xiaomi in the UK market. Xiaomi saw our potential and made us representatives of its brand in the only physical store in London.

The game master’s job was managing the entire game for the players and make sure the experience was positive and exciting. Everything was run on CCTV and PowerPoint slides and time management for the game master was the most important skill set in development.
