An experienced Creative Services Manager organising resource and steering projects from conception through to completion. I effectively manage teams of creatives to deliver projects to the highest standards, ensuring the clients' message is understood and brought to life with integrity, on time and on budget. My experience has ranged from organising long term large volume ecommerce projects to creative commercial briefs for high profile brands such as Vivienne Westwood, Tesco, Wrangler, Debenhams, DHL, Rugby World Cup, You Tube, Lego, Groupon, ChildsPlay, Levis, GoPro, Nestle and many more. I am a vibrant personality able to inspire my teams to adapt to new initiatives or changes in project focus. I confidently organise various timetables to ensure resources in house are utilised effectively. I am impeccably presented with a professional and enthusiastic manner. Working at the intersection of the New Business, Client Services and Creative department I am responsible for the delivery and smooth running of all project work across branding, digital and strategy. Joining TRH in it's infancy was an exhilarating undertaking and it was my honour to recognise patterns of working in order to establish effective processes across financial forecasting, resourcing allocation, client onboarding, team hiring / ongoing structure, platform championing - rehauling our internal and external comms, and creative briefing. Effective resource and operations is my passion with a sincere drive to protect the creative process in order to facilitate my teams producing the most exceptional work they're capable of.

    Superunion is a next-generation brand agency built on a spirit of creative optimism. I am responsible for putting the best team of creatives on projects running concurrently within house and ensuring delivery timescales are met and house resources utilised effectively. Negotiating with creative leads on all projects and ensuring the right fit for the work is assigned while keeping a cool head when tensions arise is paramount. Responsible for all creative and production resource allocation and I have oversight over all other agency resourcing across Superunion London. Supporting the creative, production, digital/tech, account management, strategy and new business functions. I work with these leads to continuously adjust and shape both current and predicted future client needs, while meeting commercial targets of high resource utilisation and a cost effective resource pool. I feel to effectively carry out this role there needs to be almost a sixth sense of what requirements a project will encounter next and this is only possible through total dedication to the work and the studio which I pride myself in delivering.
