• Building and maintaining relationships with local communities in order to generate income and build a pipeline
• Having the task of reaching the yearly target, the year to date target being £55,000 and the actual income year to date being £53,000
• Providing constant support to corporate businesses, volunteer fundraisers, community groups, educational establishments, sports groups and individual donors with their fundraising
• Organising and assisting with the organisation of fundraising events
• Passionately and confidently public speaking about Rainbow Trust at both formal and informal events up to 300 people, including networking events
• Researching, identifying and prospecting new business and potential high value donors
• Providing the PR and Digital team with high standard Pre/Post event press releases and social media content to gain media coverage and raise our online profile
• Recruiting, inducting and managing event volunteers, ambassadors and office volunteers to utilise voluntary support and ensure volunteers feel value
• Producing income reports to track monthly income and income year to date against agreed income target
• Attending regular mass participation sporting events and Rainbow Trust special events, representing the organisation positively and assisting with smooth running of the event
• Working with approximately 4 local businesses within London on a CRM partnership and prospecting more opportunities
