With over ten years experience in design, branding and publishing at some of London’s leading creative agencies, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to shape and build a brand, from strategy and concept to design, production and delivery. Having worked across a wide variety of sectors and global markets – from a complete brand overhaul of Toronto’s major train and bus network, to a new visual and verbal direction for a Sri Lankan gin – I know how to create engaging brands that are relevant to both audience and place. In addition to leading teams and building client relationships, my editorial experience ranges from naming and digital content to a variety of custom publishing projects, including magazines, books and brochures. At Winkreative I’ve been the Deputy Editor of On the Up, Managing Editor of re:porter magazine, and a contributing writer for Monocle’s New York city guide. I also spent a year working in the company’s New York office, where I acquired and ran two significant branding projects: a premium residential development in Chelsea and a new hotel in Soho, the agency’s first real estate projects in the US market. As an independent project I also edited and produced a cookbook for Porthminster Beach Café in my hometown of St Ives, Cornwall, which is now in its second print run.
