My current role in this position is to manage the salon, the team and social media content. I take responsibility for client bookings through emails, telefone and face to face. My role consists of dealing with any client complaints, monitoring clients and stock, thinking of marketing ideas and ways to gain new clients. I take charge of social media content and creating ideas to interact with followers. I also help the marketing team with any new and existing projects and help with event organising.
