About me
I have just completed a BA in Architecture at Oxford Brookes University which has given me the tools to develop and comunicate an architectural brief clearly through a range of media from AutoCAD and Rhino to physical models and graphical presentation.
My main area of interest is the craft of making and the intuitive and playful responses that result from a deep understanding
of material and construction. During my education, I worked as
part of a team, having to meet strict deadlines, I enjoyed and relished the responsibilities and pressure. I have gained experience in the profession as an intern at Lees Associates.
I have also worked hands on in the construction industry and
on personal projects.
This combination of team work, design problem solving and construction at any scale is key to the appeal of architecture as a profession to me. I’m really keen to learn more about the industry and further develop my existing skills.
