A London based production assistant and AFM, currently working for Red Bee Media. As you will see on my CV, not only do I have a number of credits, I also have considerable work experiences that I believe have helped me craft and develop the necessary transferable skills that would make me thrive not only in this role but in the industry. I am extremely organised, efficient and have always been labelled a people person.
Having always been creative, my passion for all live events, film and TV came about from an early age. As someone who went to drama school and been on film and tv sets, I've seen first hand how the industry lacks diversity and so the prospect of having a hand in changing that is a dream.

Currently planning out and overseeing projects regarding the improvement of resident engagement and feedback, coordinating the delivery of ISHA’s 5-year Resident Involvement Strategy as well as helping with internal and external comms.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of monthly resident surveys, reporting all findings to relevant departments in order to improve service levels
- Organising and leading monthly pop up events and open days at various schemes
- Develop and support resident led panels in specific departments to increase resident engagement with the organisation
- Creating any resident involvement content for the monthly newsletter
- Ensuring all work is completed by the relevant departments in wake of any resident issues Achievements:
- Sourced items required to conduct a survey of all residents for the first time since 2019 in order to set benchmark figures
- Facilitated a key stakeholder with the settling of an ongoing dispute with a TRA and local council
