I’m a multi-discipinary designer with experience across print, publishing, UX, digital, branding and content strategy. Working in smaller agencies over the last four years has provided exposure to a wide variety of projects and responsibility. I’m a motivated team-player who loves a challenging brief, works hard for the best possible outcome and relishes an opportunity to learn something new.
Current responsibilities include: - Taking and interpreting design briefs, briefing team members, overseeing all creative output, project delivery and pitch work - Delivering creative concepts and artwork across print, digital and everything in-between. - Planning studio design schedule, resources, strategy and budgets alongside the wider management team. - Sourcing new creative partners, and maintaining working relationships with printers and suppliers, overseeing print production - Managing and supporting interns and freelance design team to ensure agency standards and processes are maintained, whilst meeting the client brief - Ability to pick up new skills quickly, and work to strict deadlines under high levels of pressure from clients with very specific demands and expectations
