Part of a team of 10 CLIC Sargent services users. Working with the digital communities officer to redevelop the charities Instagram page to better reflect the needs and experiences of their service users and to create more of a interactive community base on the page.
The role entails researching similar accounts that are effective as well as accounts with content we like and can be adapted to suit the charities page and feeding this research back to the digital communities officer. So far we have worked on advising on creating content on the instagram grid and on stories that creates a brand that is recognisable but also creates an interactive community by sharing stories, tips and advice. Also advising on what are the best hashtags to use to help reach out to areas of the community currently unaware of the charity and what it provides.
