I am responsible for the creative focus of the production department & the creative development/direction of the work we do. Motivating the teams & keeping them up to date with current trends. I act as a source of support and guidance where creative needs are concerned. With my abundance of Production and Post Production experience I also act as a technical advisor on how the creative visions of me and the team are best executed.
I also still operate in a Creative Producer capacity on select projects with some additional client management elements. This role involves Directing Shoots for various Video and TV production utilising a network of freelance suppliers & in house talent, often in a Director/Producer capacity and seeing these productions through Post to delivery. On top of this I have experience overseeing and working around other medias such as small scale web builds, print media, 3D animation & augmented reality.
