Former middle distance runner. Team Captain for Great Britain Athletics Team and represented Great Britain 65 times, including 3 Olympic Summer Games, making the finals; Atlanta (1996), Sydney (2000) and Athens (2004).
For the last 7+ years, I have been working as a Director at INEOS, one of the world’s leading privately owned Petrochemical Businesses, with responsibility for leading a number high profile CSR businesses, such as establishing the INEOS Sport portfolio, Employee Health & Wellbeing programme, The Daily Mile Children's Foundation & Sir Jim Ratcliffe Philanthropy Foundation.
