Determine and communicate the vision, strategy, and objectives of the brand to the studio team. Manage budgets, invoices, studio administration, and agency costs while ensuring the studio production team negotiate the best rates possible with suppliers. Establish resource plans to ensure targets are being met, taking into consideration seasonal peaks and authorising freelance cover where necessary. Manage and implement all in- house projects, briefs, shoots, and updates to style guides. Work closely with the Topshop/Topman online visual merchandising teams to provide image status updates as required. Support the studio team in their work ensuring on brand/high level of production. Keep wider digital group up-to-date with any impacts on the 'live' timing of products or inability to meet capacity. Complete a full year studio operating budget. Provide comprehensive guidance to studio production on forecast period spend and provide accountability and notice of risk to finance and trade team. Ability to accurately cost spend and time impact on SLA of creative / style guide changes.
