As long as I can remember I have always had an eye for design, but design has not always been the path I had chosen to take. I started my college academic years learning construction and worked as a qualified carpenter until deciding to go to university to study Graphic Design and Multimedia. I now hold a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia and finished the University of Worcester with a 2:1. Since graduating I have gathered experience in various industry roles which include Graphic Designer, Web Designer and also UI Designer. I have experience working on a range of high profile projects which have been implemented on an international scale.
Creative
My process for creativity has always been to explore all elements within the design world, constantly pushing myself outside my comfort zone. This has lead to really expanding upon the knowledge I have in not only my current job role but also various other design areas and I believe this allows me to become an expressive creative. Throughout my design experience, my work has already been featured internal within a high profile company and been used on a worldwide scale.
What I'm up to now
I'm currently a Lead UI/UX Designer for a Stratford-upon-Avon based marketing agency, who specialises in fan engagement web and mobile applications. I am solely responsible for all application and web outputs, providing creative direction to existing junior designers, and implementing consistent design style guides throughout the business.

The Stratford racing app redesign was a project concept which modernises both the look and usability of the app creating a more clean and intuitive user experience.
