Hello there and thank you for looking at my profile. I feel very fortunate that my creative passion is my full time job. I am a visual storyteller in the medium of film and video and my work encompasses all aspects of production from concept to release, including research, direction, filming, editing and promotion. I work closely with clients to communicate their messages to customers and target, audiences, bringing to each task my passion for creativity and the benefit of my experience in both documentary and narrative film making. My projects to date have been with the statutory and voluntary sectors as well as business, tourism and educational organisations. The produced films have received thousands of views , social interaction and have been reached audiences locally, nationally and across the world. Recent Projects South-West Business Expo 2022 For this year’s Expo, I edited content for a number of digital content screens across the Westpoint Arena and produced a film of highlights of the event. Standing Tall I worked with Standing Tall - the Torbay Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence partnership - on a number of digital media projects to promote their helpline and the support available for domestic abuse victims. These included filmed adverts for social media and projection of images on a building for the 16 Days of Action Campaign in November 2021. I was also Project Lead for two digital media projects with students from South Devon College and Exeter College, the results being a film about Standing Tall and an animated advert promoting healthy relationships. In 2022 with a full production I Directed a short film to be released in the Spring of 2023. Heritage I have worked with heritage organisations across Devon, including a continuing collaboration with Torquay Museum in the production of films promoting their collections and the stories behind them. The films have been shown across the Museum’s digital channels and become part of major exhibitions seen by thousands of people. A recent Project I co-led, working with the Young Archaeologists Club, was released as part of a national Festival that took place in May 2022 supported by the English Heritage. Music - Events I was commissioned by Torbay Council to film the Music on the meadows concert event, attended by 12,000 in June 2022. I’m a devoted music lover and in recent years have been fortunate to have worked on music video projects with some of the artists I grew up listening to, seen by audiences across the world.

In 2015 I instigated the first English Riviera Film Festival and have served as its Director over the following years, coordinating a team of volunteers and growing the Festival from an ad-hoc one day event into an International event attended by delegates from across the globe. The Festival, now in its eighth year, has as its highlight an annual award ceremony recognising emerging film industry talent from around the world. The festival has shown over 200 films and hosted panels and film-related workshops with over 50 film industry professionals.
