    This is my latest role in an 18 year career at Turning Point that has spanned a large range of roles. • Driving the development of Turning Point’s first Digital Strategy and the delivery of initial pilots, taking the vision to the wider business • Guiding the development of digital tools that will benefit the organisations service users, strengthen operational practice and the availability of data to be consumed the parallel insight project • Hands on delivery of new web experience that creates an end to end online delivery of Turning Points service provision across a range of traditional and emerging channels • Working with start-ups, European based scale-ups and some of the world’s biggest software companies to lead the initial delivery of Turning Point’s first digital treatment programme and an eco-system of tools that can be used across the organisations 200 services to enhance, extend and expand our service provision. • Presenting externally on the development of digital strategy and tools • Establishing relationships across the NHS, business and academia and developing expertise of the here and now inside and outside the UK healthcare sector • Established the need for a Digital Strategy that would guide the development of the strategic solutions • Draft strategy was developed over the summer of 2015 and adopted as a working document by senior management in October 2015, and has been the catalyst for an organisation wide change project to deliver change
