About me
I am Events Management graduate who has over 1 year experience working as an Event Co-ordinator and who also has 2 years experience supporting Event Managers with a number of events ranging from conferences to VIP receptions. I had an opportunity to work within an agency and in-house, with events based in the UK and overseas. I am passionate about events and I spend my spare time keeping up to date with the latest industry news.

    • Co-ordinated conferences from programme stage to post-event evaluation and ensured that all events met the agreed timescales as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Managed events logistics and ensured an ongoing liaison with in-house AV, Catering, Operations and Sales teams • Built relationships and ensured an ongoing communication with Meeting Organisers, speakers, sponsors and joint partners • Created annual and fixed budgets, updated these on a weekly basis and ensured that events are delivered within the budget • Created and implemented marketing plans which included e-mailing and mailing campaigns to RSM members • Daily administrational duties, i.e. designing delegate packs and marketing materials; delegate management and customer service; issuing contracts and invoices, etc. • Provided onsite events management
