About me
I am a highly motivated and driven multidisciplinary graduate designer with expertise in design, material science and engineering. I enjoy the process of any creative project; from designing a concept and carrying out user research, to making a physical object that people can interact with. Building and creating is a passion outside of my work too. Home projects that I have brought to life range from building my own ping pong table and paddles to brewing my own beer! A sustainable future is a key interest of mine and I aspire to be part of the revolution producing technology, products and systems for this future. I am currently looking for opportunities across the design industry. If you are looking for someone with an extensive and varied skillset, who is able to get stuck into any design or problem solving project, then get in touch! Specialities: Innovative Design, Sustainable Design, Conceptual Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Design Thinking, Idea Generation, Prototyping Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Rhino 3D, Fusion 360
Projects
  • Hole in the Wall - Bare Conductive
Hole in the Wall - Bare ConductiveBare Conductive is a London based company that makes electronically conductive paint and sensor hardware for engineers, designers and makers.  For six weeks during the summer of 2016, I was the student in residence at the Bare Conductive studio. I was set a brief to design a new interactive demonstrator, which showed off their technology, for the company to take to events. The demonstrator I designed is a low tech game that uses the conductive paint to engage visitors at events and provide a brief introduction to Bare Conductive’s technology. It also includes a giveaway postcard component allowing visitors to share their experience with others after the event. The full story of the hole in the wall game, from concept to prototype, can be seen on Bare Conductive’s blog: www.bareconductive.com/news/the-concept-of-the-hole-in-the-wall-game/

     - London, United Kingdom
My university course has educated me across the fields of Design, Material Science and Engineering to create a skill set applicable to solve almost any problem. The projects I have worked on range from creating solutions to London’s air pollution epidemic to designing medical devices for hip replacement surgery. Ultimately, my course has taught me how to research and tackle a problem as a whole and understand every element of it; from the technical elements to how a user interacts with a product.
