  • Chelsea Flower Show
Chelsea Flower ShowDesign from concept through to artwork. The idea behind it was to pull out key features of M&G Investments' garden design. The garden's title was 'Rooted in Memory - a contemporary garden drawing on youthful inspiration'. Keeping the theme in mind, I went for a sketchbook/diary feel with the design to convey the inspiration and the documenting of memories. One of the key features in the garden was 7 stunted oak trees so I took this as the main holding device for the illustration. The tree itself also tied in really nicely as a visual for investing for the future. I tried to push this concept towards a clean and fresh feel whilst still maintaining brand consistency.
