Achievements and Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries for a portfolio of 3500 homes, working with some of the UK’s largest property developers such as Bellway and Berkeley Homes, as well as build-to-rent developers such as Tipi.
• Processing legal documentation for completions and onboarding of properties ready for management. In addition, I helped with the mobilisation of new homes, such as applying service charge accounts to properties.
• Used and gained knowledge of bespoke property management IT software such as QUBE, and internal ticketing systems.
• I was responsible for business solutions including reactive work orders and completing routine maintenance, as well as in emergencies, by liaising with contractors.
• Responsibility for writing company blog content, and photographing properties for the accompanying images.
• General office organization and administrative help such as invoice scanning, posting, ect.

1st Class (hons) B.A. Politics and International Relations. GPA of 3.94.
I studied Politics with International Relations at the University of Hertfordshire. During this time, I undertook a variety of research projects utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ranging from a dissertation titled ‘Culture, Music and Politicisation: Comparing Grime and Punk Rock’ to essays on the dangers of conflict in the current international system.
Elected by the staff leadership as a member of the Politics and International Relations Student Transition Committee over the 2017/18 academic year.
