I love to create beautiful products and amazing user experiences. Over the years I’ve designed and built many award-winning apps and websites.
My approach involves rigorous Design Thinking and deep technical knowledge. I have a BSc in Computer Science and have worked professionally as a Web Developer.
I work very well in cross-disciplinary teams, and can prototype and execute ideas quickly.
I’m dedicated to creating company value. I’ve lead teams to solve complex problems and gained business insights working in many roles, including in-house, as a contractor, and internally at a VC fund. I also have experience founding and running businesses myself.

Echo is a leading Healthcare startup, allowing patients to order their NHS prescriptions through an app and have them delivered to their door. I consulted on design of the Mobile product, internal web products, and several greenfield projects. Within these projects, I designed new functionality, as well as changes to existing user flows which produced measured improvements in performance. I also worked with the team on introduce improvements to the Design System, and increase consistency and component structure throughout the app.

A platform able to create truly custom, best-in-class mobile apps for our Retailer clients in just days. We were able to achieve this by developing the app as a series of blocks and components that could be arranged to suit client needs. We built all components with easily editable stylesheets so they could perfectly match a client's brand without any code.
We supported these apps with a web platform including an Analytics Dashboard showing customers use of the apps, an Article Authoring tool to create content and a Push Campaigns Manager to help creating great CRM journeys and boost retention.
