Working end to end on internal and public events for Camden Market. This is a varied role working on a full calendar of both internal and external led events that reflect the alternative atmosphere of the iconic Camden Lock and Market. ? Conceiving, planning and running internal events ? Throughout the event timeline liasing with stakeholders such as directors, security, traders, health and safety to manage event logistics ? Working with external promoters to produce, market and stage run joint ventures. E.g. Backyard Cinema in summer 2015 ? Co-ordinating with external agents to secure sponsorship and commercial partners. Briefing them on event specifics and providing relevant materials ? Working with commercial partners during their inhabitancy ? Events budget management. Raising and tracking all event PO's and insuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner ? Working with the social media team to create and publish all social media and web content related to events ? Providing direction to designers, photographers and videographers to create marketing materials ? Acting as a trader liaison. Managing all market and events communications through newsletters and face to face meetings with the market traders.
Identifying potential marketing activities, events and customers (including international) and organising all out of office marketing activities, such as pop up shops, exhibitions, on site events etc, as well as supply chains ? Liasing with buyers, organising samples and processing feedback and managing sales agents ? Liasing with brand owners to ensure we are acting within brand guidelines, as well as collaborating to work on product developments ? Establishing new product development opportunities and working with production to explore these ideas ? Responsibility for the company website. Assisting a web designer with its creation ? Creating promotional materials such as point of sale displays, promotional gifts, brochures and price lists ? Managing our B2B PR through sending customer mail outs
Responsible for the day to day running of the watch brands that the company represented. ? Building strong relationships with key clients, suppliers and potential customers ? Communicating with the PR agency on a daily basis. Working with them and the brand HQ's to discuss and plan opportunities and events e.g. ToyWatch Christmas pop up shop, Regent Street store events ? Managing digital and social media when required ? Writing copy for press releases and editorial pieces to trade press, and holding in office meetings with them ? Assisting the business development team with their pitches ? Liaising with Ibiza Rocks and their designers to develop product ideas and acting as the main point of contact between the brand and design/production teams ? Creating and running stands at trade exhibitions and developing relationships with potential clients ? Analysing sales metrics and using client knowledge to best provide them with suitable collections ? Working with the Sales Manager on the sales targets ? Sales forecasting and related stock maintenance
