  • Working end to end on internal and public events for Camden Market. This is a varied role working on a full calendar of both internal and external led events that reflect the alternative atmosphere of the iconic Camden Lock and Market. ? Conceiving, planning and running internal events ? Throughout the event timeline liasing with stakeholders such as directors, security, traders, health and safety to manage event logistics ? Working with external promoters to produce, market and stage run joint ventures. E.g. Backyard Cinema in summer 2015 ? Co-ordinating with external agents to secure sponsorship and commercial partners. Briefing them on event specifics and providing relevant materials ? Working with commercial partners during their inhabitancy ? Events budget management. Raising and tracking all event PO's and insuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner ? Working with the social media team to create and publish all social media and web content related to events ? Providing direction to designers, photographers and videographers to create marketing materials ? Acting as a trader liaison. Managing all market and events communications through newsletters and face to face meetings with the market traders.
