- Lundi Midifounded in november 2013, lundi midi is an original clothing brand. every monday at midday, a new t-shirt is released online which is available for 7 days. Each piece is created by a graphic designer, a photographer, and a dj. This collaborative trio changes every week to create a unique product, in limited edition, with lifetime guarantee from only 14,90€. furthermore, every month the brand organises a samedi minuit party. an Electronic music competition where people vote for their favourite DJs. My personnal goal is still to make my work as efficient as possible. in other words : how to reach different missions by optimizing my ressources, and facing problems of time, money and size. My work is as strategic as it is technical : - commercial strategy development - t-shirt printing - graphic chart creation - strategic planning - event organisation (samedi minuit, t-shirt hunt, chill meeting, ...) - online communcation (social network, emailing, webdesign, ...) - SEo strategy - printed communication - Press relations - partnership and co-branding research - crisis plans developement (how to react quickly to a problem, to adapt efficiently) versatile, autonomous and creative, I have managed Lundi Midi by myself for now over two years. what is most important is that I have reached my objectives : the brand has become established to the point that I need only 1 day per week to maintain the business. I have now 6 days to focus on another project...
