About me
Currently looking to pursue a long term full time career with the possibility of internal progression. I have 7 years of senior customer service & account management training, predominantly in the telecoms and energy industry. However I would be able to adapt and mould these skills to the required roll and hit the ground running in a new field of expertise.

    BALL Events & Promotions Ltd 2020 After nearly 6 years with Utility Warehouse/ TML I was approached by BALL Events, a direct marketing firm and decided it was time for a new challenge. I was offered the role of Account Manager. The primary aspect of the job being direct face to face sales for Shell Residential Energy. In which my day to day roles included, managing a team of 5 members of staff, taking my team out on the field and approaching members of the public to offer the deals and promotions available whilst tailoring the required energy tariff to the customer’s household needs. I would also deal with the coaching and development of my team, their skill sets with daily briefing on what went well and how we can improve the following day, whilst ensuring I hit my own sales targets and goals. Alongside this my general office roles would include around 7-10 interviews per week, morning meetings for new starters.

    Within Utility Warehouse is our sister company called TML, TML operate on a more corporate basis. I was offered the opportunity to take on the account management role on a cover term and continue to do this as and when the department requires. The main roles include: retaining and maintaining the relationship between the company and our corporate clients. This would include upselling telephony services to medium to large companies, including broadband and managing fibre provisions. TML provision similar services to UW with the exclusion of energy services. I currently ensure every customer is satisfied with the management of their accounts and assist in appeasing any disgruntled customers ensuring their satisfaction and guarantee their continued custom, and thus generating as much profit to the company as possible. In addition to retaining company custom, I would be responsible for the processing of weekly reports to reflect account productivity within the company and the action taken to save their custom in addition to what I have earned the company through upselling further products or services. Each weekly report would later build toward a monthly Excel report presented to the director of the company
