As ClientCoordinator I have one of the main roles within the front of house team in the clinic, apart from other senior members of staff I am one of the main members of staff who run the front of house. My other duties include, opening up the clinic, checking the diary for the day, handling cash and meeting any special requirements that the clients may need. It goes without saying within the you must always be discreet in relation to VIP clients. When certain important clients do not want to be seen arriving or leaving the clinic it is part of my job to ensure that there needs are met. I also write the treatment plans and ensure that the clients know everything that they want to know in regard to the treatment they are going to receive. (Not currently working at the clinic but could not change on your system last day was the 5 June 2015)
At Peugeot my main duties involved knowing the client and attending to there needs. Any time the client would call or come into the dealership I was the main contact that the client would deal with after the sales person, I would also be the person to follow up with client after they have taken owner ship of there new car. I was also largely involved in the organising of events within the dealership (E.G organising launch events for new car unveilings and dealership occasions).
