- EVOLUTION: LABS 2024Set up in 2016 by the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre and the BA Theatre Design course at UAL: Wimbledon College of Arts as a collaborative opportunity for London's emerging creative directors and theatre designers to meet and co-create work. This year Jordi M. - THE HIVVYTHE HIVVY centres on a young Black gay man after he receives an HIV diagnosis. Kyle must navigate his new-found health concerns, his work as a secondary school teacher, and his relationships with best friend Nate and family, all while processing his emotions. Somewhere at the end of the labyrinth is self-acceptance, but Kyle must walk through the entrance first. Sharing at Hackney Showroom, September 22nd 2023.
- SATURN RETURNSSATURN RETURNS is a ‘choreopoem’, a live dance and spoken word performance, that explores the subconsciousness of relationships, drawing on black culture.
