After initially becoming the sole member within a growing team, I enrolled and managed over 250 agents nationwide.
● Acquired and managed key partners across the UK and built profiles for agents on both internal and external systems.
● Helped to define key company processes by regularly speaking to agents about performance.
● Actively involved in the training process by providing a range of product training either via ZOOM or in person.
● Handled partner commission payments on a quarterly basis.
● Ran account initiatives and competitions to increase sales and product awareness.
● Oversaw the development of our bespoke CRM system by updating data daily.
● Actively involved within internal training, particularly around the use of our product and how to meet targets.
Achievements included:
● Fronted ‘Project Beals’ and increased their conversion percentage from 33% to 70%, a company record.
● Fronted ‘Project CGT’ and incentivized them to successfully make 250 sales by the end of Q4 2019.
● Reached 300 active agents in Q4 2019, a company record.
● Ran weekly Monday morning training webinars to my partners; saw increase of activity from 10% to 20%.
● Continuously achieved a top performer status from Jul 2019 to Dec 2019 (250 communications per week).
