The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness about the unfair and outated working conditions that many chefs today face. The overall goal is to change the attitude of the industry, prompting chefs to treat each other better in the kitchen.
- Knorr Future 50 Foods Content CreationThe Future 50 Foods are a list of 50 sustainable ingredients devised by Knorr and WWF to get the world eating more diversely. To launch this initiative, I was tasked with creating short form SEO content for their website. Each article give specific cooking tips for eating a more diverse range of ingredients.

I started working for U-Studio as freelance copywriter back in November 2017. At the time I was developing B2B copy aimed at chefs. 4 years experience in the catering industry has given me unique insight into the tone of voice and behaviour of chefs.
In April 2018, I moved to Rotterdam to work in-house with the U-Studio team at Unilever Global Headquarters. Although specialising in food and beverages, I have since branched out and developed copy for Personal and Home care brands as well.
