About me
Have you ever looked at the world and thought "how the f**k am I supposed to make sense of all this!?" Josephine (Joey) certainly has.
As a dramaturg and theatre-maker, she wants to make and collaborate on work that confronts socio-cultural biases, embraces the messiness of being a person in the 21st century and can make audiences feel just a teensy bit better about it all.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Joey is based in London while she slowly working on her own show about discovering she is autistic at the age of 28 as well as looking to contribute to creative projects.
(Particular interest/expertise in feminist theatre, adaptations of classical/historical texts, and work involving underserved communities, such as D/deaf or neurodiverse creators).
