Founded in 2004, Nirvana Creative Production House is a London-based agency that provides creative support and production solutions for leading global brands in the luxury fashion, sportswear and hospitality sectors.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Owner and Operations Director/Owner, the Strategist role was created in order to shape and lead a process of comprehensive business transformation.
Key achievements:
• Created and delivered a three-stage plan to identify and address opportunities for – and barriers to – change in line with the broader vision of the business Directors/Owners, comprising: (a) individual employee consultations; (b) departmental consultations, and; (c) implementation groups;
• Interpreted and synthesised the results of employee feedback, alongside the stated aims of the Board and external market conditions, to develop a plan focused on transforming: (a) employee engagement; (b) internal systems & processes; (c) organisational structure; (d) sales strategy, and; (e) marketing strategy;
• Developed a new visual identity for the business as an initial signal for change, for roll-out during 2020;
• Consolidated the business’ offering to customers in order to simplify messaging and reaffirm competitiveness in the marketplace;
• Gained buy-in for the transformation project from stakeholders at all levels of the business, drove engagement, and maintained collective involvement in the strategic plan for commercial realignment and business change.

Working on-site at the London headquarters of a major global fashion house in a full-time consultancy and production capacity, alongside key stakeholders in the Creative Media & Design division, encompassing Brand, Beauty, Experience, Architecture and Marketing.
Key achievements:
• Part of an in-house team from Nirvana CPH providing dedicated, full-time support to the client's creative powerhouse, responsible for all non-apparel design output;
• Unique role encompassing elements of research, production, account management and business development, requiring consistently high levels of creativity and organisation, and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Focused on, but not limited to, material innovation and multimedia graphics application across print, packaging, marketing, visual merchandising and customer-facing retail environments;
• Building briefs in partnership with design teams and project managers, in order to deliver truly end-to-end projects – from concepts and prototyping, through tendering and budget management, to production and worldwide logistics;
• Mixture of (a) annual, (b) seasonal campaign-led, and (c) ad hoc projects, responding to marketing calendars, changing creative landscapes and the adapting requirements of the brand;
• Managing and continually expanding an extensive global supplier network, drawing on relevant expertise and experience to select those best-suited for specific projects based on appreciation of cost, time, resource, location, etc.;
• Using a bespoke online workflow system to effectively manage all past, current and future projects, tracking status, specifications, costs, supplier information, invoicing, etc.;
• Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of a global luxury fashion brand, and an understanding of global campaign rollouts across different media, formats and departments.
