About me
I am driven, perceptive, and have spent time developing a diverse skillset, which I believe would make me an attractive candidate for a job in the design industry. This year, I was one of eight students (from Bournemouth University) selected to feature in the New Designers’ show, in London. My product is Q-Cut: a handheld portable rope cutter. Design gives me a sense of fulfilment and I enjoy the challenge of coming up with creative solutions when confronted with problems.

An industry placement working for a property development company that specializes in custom fitted furniture for student accommodation. The role involved the modelling of cabinetry and the setup of parametric models for a fabrication firm. My role also included administrative tasks, such as communicating with local government officials, liaising with suppliers and contractors, creation of marketing materials, and site visits.
