I am young passionate professional with a keen interest in the post production side of the television and film industry. Especially the editing side of that sector.
I am striving to become a successful film editor, I currently work as a freelancer, I film and editing as well as making my own creative projects a reality. I am looking for employment and experience in this sector so I can achieve my aspirations of becoming an editor in the film or television sector. I have finished my final year at Ravensbourne University studying Editing and Post Production and I am now looking for work, which allows me to increase my experience with editing programs such as final cut pro and others.
I work well in a team environment, as I am able to both be given direction and work on my own initiative. I am very patient and pick up skills very quickly. I have a passion for cinematography, film and editing.

I stared working for Soho Runners as a freelance Runner in the late November 2016, the placements I have done range from TV-Film for various companies like Impact Media/Box Nation, Chelsea TV and Motion Picture Solutions.
My duties within these placements were fairly similar across them all with variations within each one. My main duties as a runner were to look after the cast and crew, make people feel comfortable I.e making teas and coffees laying out food, with this said I was however put into technical jobs or tasks which allowed me to show off my technical competence with software and or equipment. These roles range from camera operator, transcriber, phone line operator and so on.

As an intern for The Roof Works my responsibilities are to help alleviate the production of programmes made by the company. This spans across the three stages of production.
My responsibilities include helping with pre-production paperwork and visualising scripts, helping with setting up the studio, cameras and lighting, filming, running the autocue and other studio equipment. My other responsibilities include helping with the ingest of footage and preparation of products which includes Which includes keying, cutting and colouring the previously filmed videos.
