I joined the world's largest network of self service music and arts studio spaces in January 2020 with one exciting mission - manufacturing studios to scale 50% YoY. Initially hired as a consultant, this quickly became a full time role to lead a critical transformation project. Key achievements: - Risk assessment identifying missing design documentation and processes. - After 6 months I was invited to join the Leadership Team, a 4/100 opportunity. - With documentation now in place, a strategic shift to cease in-house manufacturing was the right decision for the business, this involved my focus switching to 25 redundancies and tendering and on boarding a new global manufacturing partner in North America at pace. -Lead on value engineering to significantly reduce the unit cost per studio and across our full product line. This concluded with an expected saving of over £100m in capital raising in the companies growth plans.

FORT - Fabricators of Rad Things. An extremely fun and exciting business which designed and manufactured bespoke installations, fit outs and activations for brands across the UK and Europe. I personally generated all new business, building lasting and reliable relationships before internally planning the builds, and finally leading installations through gruelling conditions. We delivered highly credible work for The Body Shop, Goose Island, Bennefit, WWF and Mothercare to name but a few.
