A creative and innovative “ideas man”, passionate about all aspects of branding, ranging from strategy and development to creative direction and activation. Experienced in thinking outside the box and tackling the range of challenges required in a genuine start-up and fast growth environment. After joining HIPPEAS, the innovative snack company now turning over $60m+ annually, as their first hire, JS recently launched the Collective to focus on projects that matched his passions & creative vision.     Creative Direction: “In house” creative lead on all new projects & campaigns, creating a vision for the brand. - Experience in art direction, graphic design, copy writing, campaign strategy & analysis. - Management of the creative job flow to deliver on time and in line with all brand guidelines. Either handling projects himself or managing third party agencies. - Brand Guardianship. Ensuring the wider team had all the tools required to present the brand in the best manner possible. Digital Marketing: - Creation & management of all Hippeas' social media pages. - Strategising for individual campaigns, aligning budgets & analysing ROI. - Implementing a detailed paid Facebook advertising strategy. - Managing all content creation for the UK market: overseeing photography and videography projects, and creating engaging and on-brand content for our digital portfolio - Actively involved with the creative side of all campaigns, from brainstorming to execution. Brand Partnerships: - Secured a partnership with Surfing England, involving the creation of a promotional video, highlighting the value of their community. - Ambassador program - Devised an influencer program that drove large scale brand awareness and trial, including both organic and paid, mutually beneficial, partnerships with a carefully curated selection of brand ambassadors. - Event partnerships - Sourced a wide range of events partners that share the brands ethos and values, in turn driving product trail and brand awareness. - Developed and managed a subscription box program that drove targeted trial and visibility on social media. Social Responsibility Programs: - Managed the relationship with Hippeas' charitable partners, in order to ensure the activation of joint initiatives. - Explored cost effective ways to increase the brand's sustainability into the future. PR & Communications: - Responsible for all media monitoring, the writing of press releases & agency management.
