Leading on engaging with broader multimedia channels and platforms, developing discussion content around fairness, pay and how data can help employers excel

Researching, creating, editing and publishing dynamic and sticky content tailored for our platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and our blog
Researching and creating multimedia content including video, interactive content, and podcasts
Website design and search engine optimisation
Assisting in executing marketing strategy including social media, video content, audio content, webinars, email marketing and press strategy
Taking part in team planning sessions, coming up with creative ideas and feeding back to other team members
Providing administrative support to Gapsquare projects by arranging meetings, producing contact notes, monitoring action plans, and assisting with data entry
Supporting with event planning and collateral
Adhering to and championing Gapsquare’s corporate identity and house style, ensuring all content and materials are audiences focused
Realising the benefits of diversity by promoting and enabling equality of opportunities, and promoting the diverse needs and aspirations of global citizens and workplacesIn my latest role at Gapsquare, I conducted creative marketing and designed a variety of multimedia content for a Pay Equity Analytics software solution which provides Intuitive insights for closing wage gaps, achieving equal pay.
