    I currently work for a small ecommerce business that sells fashionable clogs from Sweden and other various items from Scandinavian brands. As we are a small business I have taken on a variety of leading roles. • I manage our social media and blog and plan and produce engaging content. When I first started at Lotta we had fewer than 1000 followers on Instagram and now we have over 40,000 and still growing. (www.instagram.com/lottafromstockholm) I implement and adapt • Organize photo-shoots; styling, plan and location. • Organize pop-up shop events. • Photograph and list products through Magento and monitor on site presentation, such as making banners and arranging products depending on seasons and trends. • Collaborate with fashion bloggers, photographers and independent brands to help promote our products and reach new audiences. • Plan new seasonal colours and styles to be delivered on time. • Customer service via phone, email, online messenger and in person. • I have lead the business on various occasions whilst covering for our director, organizing the packing staff and managing the order system - Linnworks • I manage our wholesale accounts and stockists, communicating daily with small independent shops. • Use Mail Chimp to create attractive emails about our latest promotions or new season items. • Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office • Administrative duties
