I love to build engaging digital brands and products with a far reaching social impact. I truly believe that behind every consumer interaction lies a person with a problem waiting to be solved.
I began my career as a trend forecaster in London, working for global fashion and lifestyle retailers, before transcending into e-commerce, advertising, venture design and creative management for multi-dimensional technology organisations, agencies and incubators.
Working holistically over the areas of marketing, interaction and service design, I’m an expert visual communicator, design operations specialist and strategic advisor.
I have over 16 years of experience building, cultivating and guiding multi-disciplinary design teams through complex creative challenges, and empowering them with the necessary skills and insights needed to make executive decisions, and deliver highly effective campaigns and product solutions.
I’m currently consulting as a digital transformation strategist for a variety of medicare, online education and design thinking agencies, and am an active speaker and mentor within the female creative community and start-up world.
