The Creative department is responsible for the production of all On-Air promo production on the entertainment and factual channels. Responsibilities Directly reporting to PM + Senior Creative Producer in co-ordinating On- Air promo for TV 3, TV 6 Sweden. Main point of contact on multiple projects liaising with compliance team Production Process According to production plan the average promo listings are 20+ per month Assemble brief from PM Pitching promo ideas+ Writing Scripts/Script meeting Forward scripts to VO+ Direct VO artist sessions Receive semifinalist content material from Senior Creative Producer Receive Audio files from VO QC audio files with Audio Producer Finalisation of content using FCP and AE adding graphics for subtitles and correct time stamps Edit+ Upload finalised promo content using MediaFlex systems Shoot Productions Booking of necessary equipment Creating release forms Booking edit suites slots and studio suites Compliance/Admin Ingesting quality checked promotional material with MediaFlex Regulating non- in house VO Freelancers rates/ fees with PM Budget Making sure the set budget is cleared and not over budget demands Budget for shoot productions are set by PM
